Last Saturday, the Chilabox patio was alive with a sense of purpose and passion as we teamed up with Huellitas Sin Hambre and Live Athletics for a day filled with community spirit. This wasn’t just another event—it was a heartfelt mission to support the stray cats and dogs who deserve safe, loving homes. From the early morning runners lacing up for the 5K to the local vendors setting up their beautiful booths, every single person was there for one reason: to make a difference.
We believe in the power of community, and this event was a perfect reflection of that. With support from friends, families, and local businesses across El Paso and Juarez, we were able to create an experience that brought everyone together. As the sun rose over the Chilabox patio, we saw people of all ages come to join the run, shop, and show their love for our furry friends. Each purchase, each conversation, and each step in the 5K was a testament to the compassion that drives our city.
The bazaar added another layer of excitement and warmth. The vendors brought a unique charm and variety to the event, transforming the patio into a vibrant marketplace. From handmade crafts and health-conscious snacks to pet treats and creative home decor, there was something for everyone. It was amazing to see local businesses, many of whom are passionate about giving back, come together in this way.
